Shipping Time

Total Shipping Time is based on the time tailor your item(s) and the time taken for the finished dress to be shipped to you.

We aim to have your items with you between 10 – 20 working days.

All orders placed on our website should obey the following policies under any conditions.

Order Cancellations

If you have placed an order and want to cancel it, then you are required to contact us within 24 hours of placing the order. However there is no guarantee that we will be able to stop it in time. If your order has already been processed, then we have no way to cancel it. Orders cancelled within 24 hours of your payment being confirmed will be eligible for you to get a full refund.

Orders can NOT be cancelled after the package has been shipped.

Returns & Exchange Policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your online purchase. Before shipping your items, we will check all details of the item(s) for you and make sure that any related accessories are included.

Upon the package’s arrival, we encourage you to try all item(s) on as soon as possible.

Returned item(s) must be in original condition – unworn, unwashed, unaltered, undamaged, clean and free of lint and hair – and must have the tags intact and attached.

We do NOT accept any returns or exchanges without rational reasons which excludes size problems, colour problems and wrong shipping times. We do hold the right to refuse any unreasonable returns, such as a mistake due to the shipping company or any other situations beyond our control.

We insist that for any returns you MUST inform us within 24 hours of you signing for your item(s) and they must be sent back within 3 days upon receipt by you.

Items that cannot be returned are Discounted Sale items, personalized items and dyed items which are all final sale meaning there are no returns and no exchanges.

We only accept returns if there are obvious quality problems which exclude size problems, colour problems, and wrong shipping times.

Your requests for a Return or Exchange must be received within 24 hours after you sign for your order.

Any Colour Aberration exists due to the colour effects of different PC monitors and weather conditions. This problem cannot be treated as quality problem under any conditions.

The style and fabrics of all items are the same as we stated on the website stated. All the requests for returns because of the reasons such as “not like the pictures we offer”, “dissatisfied with the quality” and “not like the fabric”, etc. are not accepted.

Defective or damaged items are eligible for a full refund. When requesting your refund, please be ready to provide us with photographs clearly showing the problem with the items. If you believe your items were damaged during shipping we will still need photographs showing the damaged packaging as well as “Proof of Damage” documentation from your delivery carrier in order to process your refund. Again we MUST be notified of this within 24 hours of your receipt of the item(s).

Our tailors have created all of our dresses with adjustable size at the back to allow for minor size modifications to be easily made. Clothing may vary by approximately one inch in either direction of the specified measurements.

Should your item size differ from the specifications of your order by more than one inch, we encourage you to find to find a local tailor to make adjustments, and we will gladly reimburse you for up to 50% of the tailoring costs. If you choose this option, please remember to request a receipt from your tailor as a copy of it must be provided when requesting reimbursement.

Item(s) that do not fit properly but fit the specifications you ordered cannot be returned or exchanged. As our dresses and clothing is made with additional fabric at the rear, you can make minor adjustments at a local tailor, at your own cost.

Please note: if your order specifications differ too greatly from the final sizing request, resizing may not be possible.

We do not accept the request for return if your received product has been altered from the original product design. Any items that have been altered from their original design CAN NOT be returned or exchanged under any circumstances.

We have rights to refuse any disputes and refund problems. That is to say, all requests must reach us within 24 hours after we receive your order with a proof.

Once received at our facility, your return will be processed in 3 to 5 business days. Once your return is confirmed and inspected, please allow up to two billing cycles for it to be credited to your account. Items returned in unacceptable condition will not be processed as refunds and cannot be shipped back to you.

Important Notice:

1. All images displayed on our site are digital photos taken by us. Because of conditions of light and background, they might look a little different from what they really do in the real world. This would not be a reason for exchange or refund request.

2. After receiving the dress, if you want to return it, please contact us within 24 hours, telling us the problem of the dress, we need the pictures of the problem to check first. All refunds would subject to re-stocking fee and shipping charges are not refundable.

3. If you want to cancel the order, you need to contact with us within 24hours of receiving the item(s)

4. If you prefer to exchange dresses, then a price difference will be charged if more expensive.

5. You are required to pay for the shipping fee to return or exchange the dress.
